Holiday Help: Create More Peaceful and Less Stressful Family Events

Try out our initial free workshop session to learn communication skills and adopt approaches to conflict that help you be you while listening deeply to others, and express both love and boundaries. Good communication isn’t about being nice or using someone’s version of “good” language … it’s about learning to express ourselves and hear others, deeply. People often jump very quickly into problem-solving or “fix-it-quick” approaches, but those most often don’t work. Together we’ll explore first steps in building strong foundations for trust and good workplace relationships and co-creating common expectations for what good communication looks like for your team or organization.
